At “CES on the Hill”, sponsored by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), Congressman Darrel Issa demonstrates the iBlueButton application for Veterans, or Americans covered by Medicare or TRICARE, to securely access and store their health records on their personal phones or tablets. The event was held April 19th, 2016 at the Rayburn House Office Building, Washington, D.C.
